Baked Minute Steak on Bread with Beluga Lentils

- 4 piece Steak (minute steak)
- 4 Discs Toasted bread
- Salt and pepper
- 200 g Beluga lentils
- 1 tablespoon Pepper cream
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Cook the beluga lentils without salt for about 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the minute sticks with salt and pepper and fry briefly on both sides in a very hot pan.
- Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and place in the preheated oven until the cheese turns brown.
- In the meantime, drain the water from the lentils and add salt. Then add half a tube of paprika cream (mild or hot to taste) and stir.
- Place the fried sticks on a freshly toasted slice of bread. Arrange the lentil vegetables next to it.
