- 900 ml Juice of freshly juiced apples
- 2 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
- Juice 1 lemon
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Let simmer for another 4 minutes, stir and then pour into the glasses, screw the lid on tightly and let it cool down.
