Baked Minute Steak on Bread with Beluga Lentils

The perfect baked minute steak on bread with beluga lentils recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Steak (minute steak)
  • 4 Discs Toasted bread
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 g Beluga lentils
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  1. Cook the beluga lentils without salt for about 20-25 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the minute sticks with salt and pepper and fry briefly on both sides in a very hot pan.
  3. Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and place in the preheated oven until the cheese turns brown.
  4. In the meantime, drain the water from the lentils and add salt. Then add half a tube of paprika cream (mild or hot to taste) and stir.
  5. Place the fried sticks on a freshly toasted slice of bread. Arrange the lentil vegetables next to it.
