Salmon and Broccoli Pan

The perfect salmon and broccoli pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Salmon frozen
  • 5 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Colorful pepper
  • 600 g Fresh broccoli
  • 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Cashew nuts
  • 200 ml Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Thaw the salmon, wash it well, pat dry, cut into pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. 3 Mix tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil and lemon juice and pour over the salmon, season with the pepper and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Divide the broccoli into small florets, clean the spring onions in rings and peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and fry the broccoli in it and then remove it.
  5. Now add the spring onions, garlic and cashew nuts in the pan and stir-fry – remove
  6. Drain the salmon while collecting the marinade.
  7. Put the salmon in the pan and fry briefly while turning, add the vegetables, spring onion and gari mixture again and deglaze with the marinade and water — cook everything al dente.
  8. Now season with the rest of the soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  9. We ate ribbon noodles with it, of course rice also tastes very good with it —- GOOD APPETITE ——-
