Broccoli Cream Soup with Smoked Salmon

The perfect broccoli cream soup with smoked salmon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Frozen broccoli
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch White milled pepper
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 100 g Smoked salmon
  1. Cook the broccoli in the broth for about 10 minutes, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces.
