Scroppino – Aperol
The perfect scroppino – aperol recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 ml Prosecco sparkling wine
- 80 ml Aperol liqueur
- 1 shot Vodka
- 3 Bullets Lemon ice cream
here is the ingenious combination of 2 Italian classics
- Pour prosecco into a glass – add aperol and a shot of vodka – add lemon ice cream to the glass (or sprinkle white wine with mineral water – or even less alcohol for very hot days)
- Instead of prosecco, you can also use white wine sprinkled with mineral water, then it is not as strong – or if you want it with even less alcohol, you can also use tonic water instead of prosecco
Note
- with the original scroppino, the lemon ice cream is bubbled with the prosecco … but I think the color of the aperol is nicer in this case, so I only add the ice cream loosely
