Scroppino – Aperol

The perfect scroppino – aperol recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 180 ml Prosecco sparkling wine
  • 80 ml Aperol liqueur
  • 1 shot Vodka
  • 3 Bullets Lemon ice cream

here is the ingenious combination of 2 Italian classics

  1. Pour prosecco into a glass – add aperol and a shot of vodka – add lemon ice cream to the glass (or sprinkle white wine with mineral water – or even less alcohol for very hot days)
  2. Instead of prosecco, you can also use white wine sprinkled with mineral water, then it is not as strong – or if you want it with even less alcohol, you can also use tonic water instead of prosecco

Note

  1. with the original scroppino, the lemon ice cream is bubbled with the prosecco … but I think the color of the aperol is nicer in this case, so I only add the ice cream loosely
