Salmon and Broccoli Pan
The perfect salmon and broccoli pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Salmon frozen
- 5 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Colorful pepper
- 600 g Fresh broccoli
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Cashew nuts
- 200 ml Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thaw the salmon, wash it well, pat dry, cut into pieces and place in a bowl.
- 3 Mix tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil and lemon juice and pour over the salmon, season with the pepper and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Divide the broccoli into small florets, clean the spring onions in rings and peel and chop the garlic cloves.
- Heat the rest of the oil in a pan and fry the broccoli in it and then remove it.
- Now add the spring onions, garlic and cashew nuts in the pan and stir-fry – remove
- Drain the salmon while collecting the marinade.
- Put the salmon in the pan and fry briefly while turning, add the vegetables, spring onion and gari mixture again and deglaze with the marinade and water — cook everything al dente.
- Now season with the rest of the soy sauce, salt and pepper.
