- Salami
- Gherkins
- Meat sausage
- Cocktail tomatoes
- Colorful peppers
- Ketchup
- White wine
- Salt, pepper, clear vegetable stock, pinch of sugar
- Cook pasta until al dente. Fry the meat sausage with salami. Briefly braise tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Deglaze with the wine. Add some water and add the ketchup to taste / amount. Let everything boil briefly and season to taste. Add the drained pasta and cook well. Always stir so that it doesn’t start. GOOD HUNGER
