Colorful Noodles, Warm

The perfect colorful noodles, warm recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Salami
  • Gherkins
  • Meat sausage
  • Cocktail tomatoes
  • Colorful peppers
  • Ketchup
  • White wine
  • Salt, pepper, clear vegetable stock, pinch of sugar
  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Fry the meat sausage with salami. Briefly braise tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Deglaze with the wine. Add some water and add the ketchup to taste / amount. Let everything boil briefly and season to taste. Add the drained pasta and cook well. Always stir so that it doesn’t start. GOOD HUNGER
