- 1 piece Pattison
- 2 piece Kohlrabi fresh
- 0,01 g Saffron spice
- 1 liter Hollandaise sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vegetable broth
- Clean, peel and dice the vegetables, then cook in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
- Now make a hollandaise sauce (see cookbook) or use the ready-made sauce and stir it into the diced vegetables.
- Season with salt, pepper and saffron and you have a quick, delicious summer vegetable.
- We had boiled potatoes and turkey schnitzel, but meatballs also go well with meat!
