  • 1 piece Pattison
  • 2 piece Kohlrabi fresh
  • 0,01 g Saffron spice
  • 1 liter Hollandaise sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable broth
  1. Clean, peel and dice the vegetables, then cook in lightly salted water for 20 minutes.
  2. Now make a hollandaise sauce (see cookbook) or use the ready-made sauce and stir it into the diced vegetables.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and saffron and you have a quick, delicious summer vegetable.
