Red Dream: Beetroot – Lamb’s Lettuce – Goat Cheese

The perfect red dream: beetroot – lamb’s lettuce – goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dressing

  • 5 Pc. Goat cheese
  • 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  1. Slice the beetroot finely with a cucumber slicer. Cook in water and vinegar and then put in the fridge. In the meantime, wash the lamb’s lettuce, spin dry and set aside. Chop the walnuts or leave them whole. Toast in maple syrup in a pan until soft.
  2. Leave the goat cheese in the oven at 200 degrees until it starts to melt. Cover with rosemary beforehand and drizzle with maple syrup.
