Cooking: Oriental Vegetable Sauce with Noodles

  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 Solo garlic
  • 300 g Tomatoes happened
  • 200 ml Water
  • 0,5 Zucchini fresh
  • 0,5 Eggplant fresh
  • 0,5 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 pinch Ground cumin
  • 1 pinch Ground caraway
  • Oil
  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces. Wash the zucchini and aubergine with hot water, quarter them lengthways and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions until translucent, then add the garlic and sauté.
  3. Then add the spices and sauté briefly.
  4. Stir in tomatoes and water and bring to the boil.
  5. Then add the zucchini and eggplant.
  6. With the lid on, let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile cook the noodles (amount according to hunger).
