Spaghetti with Tomato and Spinach
The perfect spaghetti with tomato and spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 Gra Spaghetti
- 8 Discs Black Forest ham
- 250 g Spinach
- 250 Grief Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 3 piece Spring onions
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice and zest
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, cut the Black Forest ham into large pieces and fry them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil until crispy. Wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes and fry briefly. Peel and finely chop the spring onion and garlic in a pan with oil and sauté. Add the washed spinach and let it fall together. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest.
- Warm the spaghetti in the pan and fold in the remaining ingredients. Stir the cream cheese into the spaghetti. Spread on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings and serve.
