Glass Noodles with Minced Pork

The perfect glass noodles with minced pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Basmati rice
  • 400 g Minced pork
  • 1 medium-sized Finely dice the onion
  • 1 small Cut red chilli fine
  • 2 Tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 piece Cloves
  • 3 toes Chopped garlic
  • 1 small Chopped gwar
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 2 drops Lemon juice
  • 1 Vol. Coriander
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 150 gram Glass noodles
  • 100 gram Beans fresh
  • 2 rods small Freshly cut the celery
  • 3 small Diced carrots
  1. Cook rice first and set it on the side
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion, garlic, ginger, then add minced pork, beans, celery, carrots, cloves, cayenne pepper and fry for approx. 20 minutes over a medium heat and season with peppers
  3. Then season with soya sauce, fish sauce, PLEASE NO SALT – soya, fish sauce are already salty
  4. Then boil the water, soaking it up – soak the glass noodles in a saucepan for approx. 5 min. Afterwards, drain the glass noodles or lift them out
  5. Finally sprinkle with coriander and chilli and season with lemon juice. they harmonize excellently and have a pleasantly spicy taste.
  6. That goes very well with rice.
