Minced Meat Noodles
The perfect minced meat noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Fresh onions
- 2 piece Fresh garlic
- 530 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0,25 tsp Fresh or dried thyme
- 0,25 tsp Celery salt
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- Tabasco
- Salt
- 200 g Pasta of your choice
- 0,25 liter Mushroom sauce
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Butter flakes
- Peel and finely dice the garlic and onions. Chop the tomatoes in the can or buy the tomatoes in the can right away. Both are possible.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry and tear the meat in it. Now add the onions and the Knofi and brown. add the tomatoes and all the spices and simmer for 15 minutes without the lid. Season again to taste.
- Bring 2 liters of water with salt to the boil in a large saucepan and let the pasta boil in it for about 110 – 12 minutes. Drain and drain.
- In the meantime, prepare the mushroom sauce (finished product) according to the instructions on the packet and dissolve the Emmental in it.
- Layer the minced meat and pasta in a baking dish and pour the mushroom sauce over them. Put the breadcrumbs and the butter flakes on top and put them in the hot oven preheated to 200 ° C.
- The baking time is approx. 40 minutes depending on the degree of browning – the plate is nicely preheated and topped up with it. Good hunger everyone !!
