Onion Peanut Sweet and Sour Chutney

- 50 gram Peanut
- 2 Medium-sized Onion
- 3 piece Garlic
- 3 gram Ingwar
- 3 gram Ground cloves
- 3 gram Curry powder
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 5 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 drops Lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon Tomato pulp
- First peel off the onion and dice it, then heat the oil in a pan
- Then fry the sliced onions until golden brown, then slowly cook chopped garlic, ginger, clove powder, salt, pepper, curry powder, tomato pulp over low heat for approx. 10 min.
- Then add the peanuts, sugar, vinegar in a mixture and purify, finally mix everything with a lot of olive oil, then the chutney becomes creamy and aromatic
