Colorful Pepper Salad

The perfect colorful pepper salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 Glass, small Black olives without stone
  • 1 medium sized Red onion
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp, deleted Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into fine strips. Peel the onion, halve and cut into fine strips. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Drain and drain olives.
  2. Beat the balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar and olive oil well. Mix the prepared peppers and onion with half of the olives and half of the feta cheese. Spread the remaining olives and feta cheese on the salad and serve.
  3. If you want, you can let the salad steep for 30 minutes before serving in a cool place.
