Fanta Cake
The perfect fanta cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the ground
- 5 piece Eggs
- 300 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 350 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 175 ml Orange lemonade
For covering
- 2 Cans Peaches
- 600 ml Cream
- 5 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 500 g Sour cream
- Cinnamon sugar
For the ground
- Preheat the oven to 150 ° degrees circulating air.
- Make a batter from the ingredients. Grease a 35×40 cm baking sheet and distribute the dough evenly on it.
- Now bake the base for about 25 minutes in the oven and let it cool down.
For covering
- Drain the peaches and cut into small cubes.
- Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Mix the sour cream with the rest of the vanilla sugar. Mix in the peach cubes.
- Carefully fold in the cream. Spread the cream on the floor.
- Chill for about 3 hours and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar just before serving.
tip
- The Fanta cake can also be prepared without cream. Since my baking sheet is smaller than stated in the recipe, I divided the dough and baked a small base. I then smeared it with icing. I mixed the icing with some Fanta and powdered sugar.
