- 4 Eggs

- 150 ml Fanta
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 350 g Flour
- 3 Cans Mandarins
- 600 ml Whipped cream
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 5 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 500 g Sour cream
Instructions
- For the dough, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and Fanta. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in. Spread the dough on a baking sheet (baking paper) and bake for 25 minutes, then let it cool.
- Top / bottom heat: approx. 180 ° C preheated Hot air: approx. 160 ° C not preheated Gas: level 2-3 preheated.
- Drain the mandarins for the topping. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the sour cream with 2 vanilla sugar. Stir the tangerines into the sour cream and fold in the cream loosely. Spread the mixture evenly on the cake.
- TIP: If you like it, serve the cake with a sugar-cinnamon mixture. You can also sprinkle it with chocolate sprinkles. Instead of tangerines, use pieces of peach or half tangerines and peaches.
