Light Egg Salad or Spread
The perfect light egg salad or spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 7 Eggs size M
- 200 g Grained cream cheese
- 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 100 g Pickles
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 tsp Fresh dill
- 1 tsp Yellow mustard seeds from the pickle jar
- 1 tsp Pickle brew
- Hard boil eggs and let them cool down in cold water! Peel the eggs and add them to the cream cheese sauce through the egg cutter twice. Dice the pickles. also add to the sauce.
- Mix the cream cheese, cream, mustard, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, dill, mustard seeds and pickle stock!
- Possibly. season again.
