Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • ½ piece(s) butter
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the five eggs with a hand blender. Then add the butter and a little salt, if desired. This mixture also makes a great filling for boiled egg halves.
