Minced Meat and Mushroom Pans
The perfect minced meat and mushroom pans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 300 g Fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Chilli from the mill
- 4 Discs Emmental cheese
- Clean the mushrooms and distribute them equally between the ceramic pans
- Finely dice the onion
- Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces
- Pour olive oil into the pan and fry the minced meat
- Add the onion and tomatoes, fry briefly, add the tomato paste and pour in water (as much as you need sauce)
- Stir gurd and season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and chilli to taste
- Now distribute the sauce over the mushrooms
- Bake in the oven at 190 degrees hot air for about 20 minutes
- After half the baking time, place the cheese slices on top
- with flatbread, baguette or chiabatta
