Lasagna Muffin
The perfect lasagna muffin recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spaghetti
- 1 Can Tomatoes happened
- 250 g Mixed minced meat
- 125 g Liquid butter
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Grated Parmesan
- 200 g Grated Gouda
- 1 packet Cream cheese
- 200 g Bacon slices
- Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the package description.
- Chop the bacon and fry it in a pan until crispy.
- Mix the pamesan with the eggs. Liquefy the butter and add to the mixture. Add half of the bacon and mix everything well. Now mix the mixture into the spaghetti and stir well.
- Fry the minced meat and add the rest of the bacon. Add the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and the Italian herbs and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Grease the muffin pan well. Then fill the muffin pan about half to 3/4 with the spaghetti.
- Spread the cream cheese on the spaghetti.
- Now spread the minced meat mixture on top.
- Sprinkle everything with the grated Gouda cheese.
- Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
