Halloween Muffin: Ingredients
For the Halloween recipe you need the following ingredients for 12 muffins:
- 125g margarine
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 125 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Licorice rolls (optional)
- White couverture (optional)
- 1 chocolate decorating pen
Halloween Muffin: Materials Required
- 1 bowl
- 1 hand mixer
- muffin tin
- 12 paper cups
- 1 wire rack
Prep: Spooky Halloween Muffin Recipe
- To start, line a muffin tin with the 12 cups. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Using a hand mixer, mix the margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Then add the eggs.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder. Slowly pour the mixture into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the dough cool on a wire rack.
Spooky Muffin Recipe: Topping
- Cut the licorice rolls into short strips.
- Melt the couverture in a water bath. Spread it over the muffins.
- Use the still liquid couverture and place the licorice strips on half of the muffins. Arrange these in the form of small spiders. So you end up with creepy little black spiders on the muffins.
- Draw little spiders on the remaining cupcakes with the chocolate marker.
