Brownies with Walnuts
The perfect brownies with walnuts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 160 g Walnuts
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 ml Neutral oil
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 5 tsp Baking powder
- Break the chocolate into pieces and allow to melt over a water bath
- Roughly chop the walnuts
- preheat the oven to 160 ° convection
- mix the flour with the baking powder
- Beat the eggs and salt with the mixer for about 5 minutes
- stir in the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar
- Stir walnuts and flour and baking powder mixture into the dough
- Grease a small mold and line it with baking paper – mine has an internal dimension of 21 x25 ….. if there is no small mold, place a baking frame on a baking sheet
- Fill the dough into the mold and smooth it out
- Let the cake bake in the oven for about 25 minutes ….. make the chopsticks test
- Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down
- Remove the cooled cake from the mold, cut into pieces and serve
