Chops with Hearty Onion Sauce

The perfect chops with hearty onion sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the chops:

  • 2 Chops
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 2 Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil

For the onion sauce:

  • 3 size Onions
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 100 ml Meatsoup
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Ground caraway
  1. Wash the meat and pat dry ….. pat a little flat, season with pepper and salt
  1. Turn one after the other in the flour, in the egg with the cream and in breadcrumbs.
  1. Heat the oil and fry the chops until golden on both sides, remove from the pan and keep warm
  1. Peel the onions and cut into rings
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion rings over medium heat and let them take some color
