Chops with Hearty Onion Sauce
The perfect chops with hearty onion sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the chops:
- 2 Chops
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 2 Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
For the onion sauce:
- 3 size Onions
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 100 ml Meatsoup
- 100 ml Cream
- Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Ground caraway
- Wash the meat and pat dry ….. pat a little flat, season with pepper and salt
- Turn one after the other in the flour, in the egg with the cream and in breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil and fry the chops until golden on both sides, remove from the pan and keep warm
- Peel the onions and cut into rings
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion rings over medium heat and let them take some color
- Deglaze with the stock and cream and simmer a little
- season the sauce with salt, pepper, cumin and chilli flakes
- place the cutlets on a plate and spread the onion sauce over them
- There was also mashed carrots and a colorful salad
