Yoghurt Bundt Cake

The perfect yoghurt bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 ml Sunflower oil
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 6 Eggs
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Ground vanilla
  • 400 g Flour
  • 100 g Food starch
  • 5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease the bundt pan.
  1. Mix the oil with the yogurt in a tall container.
  1. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt into a second sieve and stir alternately with the yoghurt-oil mixture into the egg mixture. Put the batter in the bundt pan.
  1. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 60 minutes. Take out the finished chick, let it cool down a bit and then fall out of the mold.
