Frog Puke

The perfect frog puke recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Pasta to taste and hunger
  • 1 smaller Cauliflower fresh
  • 250 g Fresh spinach
  • 5 Stems Basil
  • Salt pepper
  • Yeast flakes, to taste (3-6 tbsp)
  1. Cook the pasta as usual.
  1. Divide cauliflower into florets and cook covered with salted water until soft.
  1. Put cauliflower and cooking water in a blender and puree finely. Gradually add the spinach and finally the basil and mix until you have a homogeneous sauce.
  1. Now season with yeast flakes until it tastes cheesy enough. Add a pinch of pepper.
  1. The sauce is enough for at least 8 servings. But since it is basically just pureed vegetables, it also tastes delicious simply as a cream soup.
