- 400 g Frozen frog legs
- 3 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Thaw the frog legs, season with salt and pepper and turn in flour. Then fry in butter until crispy. Chop the garlic and chop the parsley. Fry everything together in butter and pour over the frogs’ legs.
