Broccoli and Asparagus Quiche

  • 1 Puff pastry roll
  • 2 Asparagus spears cooked
  • 0,5 Broccoli
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 0,5 cups Sour cream
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Sugar
  1. Spread out the puff pastry in a tart pan and press lightly.
