Baked Eggs in Spinach
The perfect baked eggs in spinach recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 small Shallots chopped
- 1 small Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 300 g Frozen spinach
- 3 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 tbsp Sour cream 10% fat
- 120 g Mozzarella minis
- 4 Eggs size M
- Salt
- Let the spinach thaw a little! Heat the oil in a saucepan and roast the shallots and garlic in it. Then add spinach and cook for 10 minutes!
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius!
- Add the Parmesan, seasoned salt, garip pepper, nutmeg and sour cream to the spinach. Put in 2 casserole dishes. Make 2 hollows each and beat 2 eggs in each.
- Then add 5 balls of mozzarella each and salt the eggs a little! Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Serve!
