Herbal Soup from Wuidaragarten with Roasted Farmer’s Bread

  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 350 g Potatoes
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 1 shot White wine
  • 1 shot Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Fresh spinach
  • 100 g Herbs
  1. First chop the onion, peel and chop the potatoes, chop the herbs and blanch the spinach.
  2. Then sweat the onions in oil, add the sugar and let them caramelize.
  3. Deglaze with the white wine, add the potatoes and vegetable stock and cook the potatoes until soft.
  4. Add the cream and lemon zest, puree everything.
