Bifteki Filled with Feta

The perfect bifteki filled with feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the filling:

  • 3 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 piece Small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 toe Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt, pepper, r Souflaki seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Beer
  • 100 g Feta
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika paste
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  1. Crumble the feta, mix with the beer, Pabrika paste and tomato paste until creamy.
  2. Mix all ingredients well. Possibly add some breadcrumbs or semolina. Shape six meatballs, fill with the feta paste and fry on all sides. Cook in the oven at 100 degrees for another 20 minutes.
