Salmon in Parchment Paper

  • 4 Salmon fillet á 200 gr.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 4 Carrots
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Grated organic orange peel
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 8 leaf Parchment paper
  1. Mix the orange peel, lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir well. Fold in the chopped parsley and spread the mixture on the salmon pieces, set aside
  2. In the meantime, clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Clean the carrots and cut into strips, pre-cook both in salted water. The vegetables should be half cooked, then drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well
