Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillet á 200 gr.
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Broccoli
- 4 Carrots
- 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon Grated organic orange peel
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 8 leaf Parchment paper
Instructions
- Mix the orange peel, lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir well. Fold in the chopped parsley and spread the mixture on the salmon pieces, set aside
- In the meantime, clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Clean the carrots and cut into strips, pre-cook both in salted water. The vegetables should be half cooked, then drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well
- 4 Coat sheets of parchment paper with oil, spread the vegetables on top and season with salt and pepper. Now place the salmon pieces on top, cover each with a second parchment paper, roll up all around and press firmly
- Place the finished packets on a baking rack and cook in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 15-20 minutes
