Chicken in Curry Cream Sauce

- 2 piece Chicken breast
- 2 El Olive oil for frying
- Salt pepper,
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Asian spice
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Can Coconut milk
- 250 gr Broccoli cooked
- 8 piece Cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Lemon juice freshly squeezed to taste
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and Asian spices to taste.
- After about 5 minutes, take the meat out of the pan.
- Now add the coconut milk and the stock to the roasting set.
- Season again with the spices and lemon juice
- Put the meat back into the sauce.
- Add the brocoli florets and the halved tomatoes.
- Cover and let cook for another 5 minutes
- Go with pasta or rice
