Chicken in Curry Cream Sauce

The perfect chicken in curry cream sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Chicken breast
  • 2 El Olive oil for frying
  • Salt pepper,
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Asian spice
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 250 gr Broccoli cooked
  • 8 piece Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Lemon juice freshly squeezed to taste
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in olive oil.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and Asian spices to taste.
  3. After about 5 minutes, take the meat out of the pan.
  4. Now add the coconut milk and the stock to the roasting set.
  5. Season again with the spices and lemon juice
  6. Put the meat back into the sauce.
  7. Add the brocoli florets and the halved tomatoes.
  8. Cover and let cook for another 5 minutes
  9. Go with pasta or rice
