Chicken in Curry Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Chicken breast
  • 2 El Olive oil for frying
  • Salt pepper,
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Asian spice
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 250 gr Broccoli cooked
  • 8 piece Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Lemon juice freshly squeezed to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry in olive oil.
  • Season with salt, pepper, curry powder and Asian spices to taste.
  • After about 5 minutes, take the meat out of the pan.
  • Now add the coconut milk and the stock to the roasting set.
  • Season again with the spices and lemon juice
  • Put the meat back into the sauce.
  • Add the brocoli florets and the halved tomatoes.
  • Cover and let cook for another 5 minutes
  • Go with pasta or rice
