Ras El Hanout
The perfect ras el hanout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Tl White pepper, ground
- 1 Tl Black pepper, ground
- 0,5 tsp Red pepper (alternatively chili powder), ground
- 1 Tl Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 0,25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
- 4 Cardamom pods
- 4 Clove seeds
- Put all the spices, clove seeds and the cardamom pods in a mortar and crush them.
- Put the whole thing in a glass with a screw cap and store in a dark place.
- Now it can be used depending on the recipe.
