Ingredients
- 3 Cooking bag Rice
- 2 Little ones Onions
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 0,5 Greater White cabbage
- 1 pack Soup greens
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Some soy sauce
- 0,5 tsp Vegeta
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 6 tbsp Ketchup
- 6 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Chop the onions, garlic and cut 1 small stick of leek into strips. Grate 1 carrot and cut the cabbage into fine strips. Meanwhile, simmer the rice.
- Place the rice in an extra bowl, garnish with a little chopped parsley and keep warm until serving.
- Salt and pepper the white cabbage and sauté until translucent, add the carrots shortly before the end of cooking and sauté briefly, then set aside.
- Salt and pepper the mince and fry it with the onion, garlic and leek, then add the white cabbage mixture and season everything, pour in water and simmer for at least 7 minutes. Serve with the rice.
