  • 2 Onions

  • 2 Red chillies
  • 1 Can Peeled tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 500 g Beef soup meat
  • 1 Can Cannelini beans
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Smoked peppers
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp Savory
  • 1 tsp Sugar brown
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 400 ml Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Olive oil
  1. Sweat the vegetables with a little oil and roast them together with tomato paste, cinnamon, garam masala and smoked paprika – massage the meat with salt, pepper, sugar and savory, add to the pan and fry until hot.
  2. Deglaze with canned tomatoes, add bay leaves and finely chopped chillies, bring to the boil and pour over the broth. Cover the chilli and simmer in the oven at 170 ° C for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the meat and tear it apart – add it to the chilli again.
  4. Roast the beans in a separate pan with butter, salt and sugar until golden brown and fold into the chilli. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  5. If you like it particularly intense, you can let the chilli steep overnight and boil again.
