Minced Meat Skewers with Bulgur
The perfect minced meat skewers with bulgur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced beef
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 1 Eggs
- Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- Pepper
- 50 g Bulgur
- 0,5 liter Beef broth
- Briefly bring 0.5 L beef broth to the boil and stir in the 50 grams of bulgur. Take the pot off the stove and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then strain and let cool.
- Chop the shallots and the garlic cloves very finely and braise them in oil until translucent.
- Mix the spices, egg and onions with the minced meat.
- Now add the cooled bulgur and knead with the mass.
- Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Divide the meat mixture into 6 parts and shape into 15 cm long rolls.
- Skewer the rolls on metal skewers or wooden skewers soaked in water and flatten them gently.
- Fry well in a grill pan. In nice weather on the garden grill.
