Ingredients
 

  • 2 Chopped large onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 Fresh chili peppers without seeds, or 1/2 habanero extremely hot
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 3 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1 pinch Pepper and salt
  • 1 can Chunky tomatoes
  • 125 ml Meatsoup
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Kidney beans 400 g drained weight
  • 100 ml Sour cream 20% fat

Instructions
 

  • Wash, divide and core the chilli pepper, then cut fine slices, put the oil in a large saucepan, allow the onions to become translucent.
  • Then add the minced meat, garlic and chillies, stir-fry, add tomato paste, season to taste and add the cumin as well. At middle Briefly simmer the heat. Stir in the tomatoes and meat stock. Let the heat boil for about 30 minutes.
  • After this time, open the cans and strain the beans and corn. Then add to the minced meat and cook for another 10 minutes with the can open.
  • Then stir in the sour cream, season to taste again, season with chili powder if necessary.
