Stuffed Meatloaf
The perfect stuffed meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Bun old
- 750 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 2 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 teaspoon Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 yellow Paprika
- 200 g Feta
- 50 g Sesame seeds
- Soak the rolls, peel the onion and cut into cubes.
- Wash the paorika, remove the core, peel with the peeler and cut into strips, halve the feta lengthways.
- Now put the minced meat in a bowl and add the squeezed buns, mix well with salt, pepper, onion mustard and chopped parsley
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread 1/3 of the minced meat on it, flatten it a little.
- Now spread the yellow bell pepper and the feta cheese on top, leaving a small edge free
- Add a second third of the minced meat and the red bell pepper, cover with the remaining minced meat and shape into a loaf.
- Roast the sesame seeds without fat in a pan and pour over the meatloaf and off to the 180c. warm oven for about 45 minutes
- Possibly set the oven to 200c at the end. upshift.
- Take the meatloaf out of the oven, let it rest a little, then cut and enjoy with potatoes and vegetables – Bon appetit;
