Mashed Potatoes on Buttered Leek with Falafel

- 12 size Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
- 1,5 liter Water
- 1,5 liter Almond milk
- 1,5 liter Vegan butter
- 1,5 liter Freshly grated nutmeg

- 20 g Mild coconut fat
- 20 g Vegan butter

- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes, pour the vegetable salt over them and fill with water, bring to the boil and cook. Then put the water in a container and mash the potatoes with the almond milk, round off with grated nutmeg.
- Cut the leek and toss in the coconut oil with the onions, add the butter and serve with the mashed potatoes.
- Bake the falafel on the side
