Chicken Satay Skewers

- 500 g Chicken thighs
- 400 g Fisoles
- 3 Pc. Garlic cloves chopped
- 100 g Peanut butter
- 1 Pc. Fresh lime
- 100 ml Chilli sauces
- Soy sauce dark
- 300 g Jasmine rice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the chicken into pieces, marinate with the lime zest and olive oil. Clean and boil the green beans and rinse with cold water. Toss in olive oil and garlic again. Fry the chicken skewers in the oven at 200 degrees. Turn several times so that the meat is well cooked. Cook the rice. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce and chili sauce together and drizzle over the finished skewers.
