Spanish Fillet Skewers
The perfect spanish fillet skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Pork tenderloin
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Dried coriander leaves
- 2 Garlic cloves pressed
- 0,75 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 1 tsp Honey liquid
- Wooden skewers
- 1 tbsp Olive oil for frying
- Put the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl, mix with the cumin, coriander, sambal oelek and honey. Peel and squeeze the garlic and stir in.
- Cut the pork tenderloin into approx. 2 cm cubes and mix with the marinade. Cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then oil the skewers and put 2 pieces of fillet on each.
- Heat the oil for frying in a pan. Fry the skewers brown all over for 5-6 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
