Minced Meat Sauce or Tomato Sauce

The perfect minced meat sauce or tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Can Peeled tomatoes
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste hot
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 pinch Chilli powder
  • 1 bottle Tomato juice org. 100%
  • 3 Medium sized carrot into pieces
  1. Always fry a quarter of the minced meat in the pan, take it out and so on until the minced meat is all fried. Then sear the onion, garlic in the pan well, add tomato paste to the onions, add garlic briefly, add peeled tomatoes, pieces of carrots and add a 1/2 hour. Now add salt, pepper, oregano and chilli. Add tomato juice and simmer on low setting. Finally, season the sauce again if necessary. I always make it easy to freeze. Noodles as required.
