Muffins with Chocolate Chips

The perfect muffins with chocolate chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mild yoghurt 3.5%
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 75 ml Sunflower oil
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  1. Put the yoghurt together with the eggs, sugar and the vanilla flavor in a bowl and stir with the whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Finally, subject the oil.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder in another bowl. Add this mixture to the yogurt and egg cream in portions and fold in briefly.
  3. Finally fold the chocolate chips into the batter. The dough should tear from the spoon, then it’s just right.
  4. Pour the finished dough into a prepared muffin tin using a tablespoon. Either grease the wells well or simply equip them with paper cases, that’s how I always do it;)
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool on a wire rack. Then dust with a little icing sugar.
