Muffins with Chocolate Chips
The perfect muffins with chocolate chips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mild yoghurt 3.5%
- 2 piece Eggs
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
- 75 ml Sunflower oil
- 250 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Put the yoghurt together with the eggs, sugar and the vanilla flavor in a bowl and stir with the whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Finally, subject the oil.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder in another bowl. Add this mixture to the yogurt and egg cream in portions and fold in briefly.
- Finally fold the chocolate chips into the batter. The dough should tear from the spoon, then it’s just right.
- Pour the finished dough into a prepared muffin tin using a tablespoon. Either grease the wells well or simply equip them with paper cases, that’s how I always do it;)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack. Then dust with a little icing sugar.
