Cream of Celery Soup
The perfect cream of celery soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Decoration:
- 0,5 Onion, peeled, finely chopped
- 300 g Fresh celery – peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 Potato, peeled and in small. Diced
- 0,5 l Vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 Sliced mushrooms and sautéed in butter
- Finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the onion, add the celery and potatoes and fry them.
- Add the vegetable stock and cook until soft.
- Mix and season the soup, add the sour cream and mix again briefly.
- When serving the soup, garnish with mushrooms, parsley and a spoon of whipped sour cream.
